The shorts are made of a cotton mousseline fabric. The shorts have an elastic waistband and ruffles at the bottom. Pair the shorts with the matching blouse for a cute co-ord look.
Due to the garment dye process of mousseline, each dyed item is unique. As a result, items within a set may vary slightly in color.
