Order online
You do not need an account to place an order. It is easier when you want to place an order to create a Most Wanted account.
Your details will be remembered and entered immediately for your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of your order history. We can also keep you informed of the latest trends and great promotions.
Our items generally always fit true to Size. If an item fits differently, we will indicate this. Are there no measurements listed with the item? Then you can request them via customerservice@most-wanted.com

How annoying that you did not receive a confirmation email! Unfortunately, order confirmation emails sometimes end up in your junk mail/spam box. Had you already checked there?
When the payment has succeeded, you can assume that the order has also been received correctly and you will receive it the next working day except Sundays and holidays. If this is not the case, you can of course always contact us via customerservice@most-wanted.com. Then we will check it for you!
As soon as you have placed the order with us, it will be processed in the system within 30 to 60 minutes. Unfortunately, this means it is not possible to cancel or change the purchase after placing the order.
We apply a warranty period of 2 months after purchase. If an item is defective within this period, please contact us immediately via customerservice@most-wanted.com. Do not forget to mention your order number in your email, attach a photo of the complaint, and provide a description of the complaint. We will ensure that you receive a response within 1 working day with an appropriate solution.
Pills and pickups are not covered by the warranty when the tag of the item is.
How annoying that the desired item is currently out of stock. We do our best to restock sold out items as quickly as possible. We recommend that you sign up for the 'restock alert' next to the item in question. When the item has been replenished, you will automatically receive an email from us!

Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve items with us. As much as we want to help all our customers as best as possible and make them happy, this is a request that we cannot meet. So always be there as soon as possible, so you never miss your Most Wanted item! We will help you with this with the 'restock alert' option that you can find with each item. If you leave your email address here, you will receive an automatic email from us when your favorite has been replenished!
What a pity that your order is on backorder. This may be due to two reasons. It could be that an item is missing because of a pre-order or due to a stock error on the website. As soon as the entire order is in stock, it will be sent to you in full. For an up-to-date status, it is best to contact customerservice@most-wanted.com.
Due to global price increases on raw materials and transport, we are unfortunately forced to increase the prices of some items. It may therefore happen that existing items come back into stock at a different price.
Payment
We like to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. You can pay at Most Wanted with different payment methods:

Unfortunately, sometimes a payment fails. How can you be sure it has gone through correctly, for example after receiving an error message? We recommend checking your own bank statement to see if the amount has been debited.
When the payment has been successful, you can assume that the order has also been received correctly and, with a bit of luck, you will receive it the next working day except Sundays and public holidays. If this is not the case, or if you would like it to be checked, you can contact our customer service. You can do this by email at customerservice@most-wanted.com. They will check for you whether the payment has been properly processed in the system.
You will receive an order confirmation within an hour at the email address you provided. Unfortunately, these emails sometimes end up in your junk/spam folder. We recommend checking there. Once the payment is successful, you can assume the order has been processed correctly and you will receive it the next business day, excluding Sundays and holidays. If this is not the case, or if you would like it checked, you can contact our customer service. You can reach them by email at customerservice@most-wanted.com. They will check for you whether the payment has been properly processed in the system.
Do you want to pay only once your order has arrived and meets your expectations? Then you can use the Klarna pay later method. Once the order is shipped, the 14-day payment term starts. If an item is not to your liking, you can return it. Through your own Klarna account, you can pause the invoice. Once the return is processed, you will receive an adjusted invoice from Klarna.
Don't see the payment method in the Check Out? This may be due to the following reasons:
- Your order amount is lower than €15.00
- Your order amount is higher than €150.00
- You are ordering items from the ‘Pre-Order’ collection
- There is an ongoing discount promotion

Delivery
The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping option you have chosen. View the options on the shipping options page.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace code. You can keep a close eye on the status of your package via that link.
During checkout, you can choose delivery to a pick-up point. If you place your order before 23:45, your package will be shipped the same day! You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 7 days before it is automatically returned to the sender.
Nothing is more annoying than having to wait a long time for your order. Sometimes it can happen that your package is delayed or lost in the mail. Don't panic! We recommend you to send an email to customerservice@most-wanted.com.
We will then start a postal investigation for you to find out the status of your order. A postal investigation can take up to 7 working days.
Sometimes we see that packages are returned unopened to the sender by the postal service.
This may be because the package was damaged during delivery or because the delivery person could not find the delivery address. When we receive an unopened package back, we will always contact the customer to ask if they would like to have it sent again. There will be no additional shipping costs.

Our customer service will process your message within one working day and will work with you to find the best solution!
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that you have received items with color differences. With each new production, it is possible that the color deviates slightly from the previous production. The new color is always in the same tone as the previous deliveries. It can therefore not be seen as a production error and does not count as a justified complaint.
Return
Is the item still too large or too small? Then you can have another size sent to you, provided it is in stock. You can register the return shipment via our return portal and send it within our return period of 14 days. When the correct size is in stock, you can indicate that you would like to exchange it. As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will process the exchange for you within 10 working days.
Is the item not quite what you expected? Too bad! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can easily register the return shipment via our return portal on the website. You do not need an account for this! You will need the order number and email address you used to order; a packing slip is not necessary.
In the return portal, you can indicate the reason for the return by selecting the correct return reason. Return costs are at your own expense. You can purchase a return label starting from €6.75. When you return more than 4 items, you pay an additional €0.99 per item. Return costs outside the Netherlands are slightly higher!
It is possible to return a maximum of two orders in one package. It is important that the two correct return packing slips are added to this package. You can find the packing slips in the order confirmation email. As soon as we receive the returns, you will receive a return confirmation per order.
You can easily check the status of your own return shipment via the delivery service's website. You can find the shipment number on the shipping receipt of your return shipment. This allows you to check the status of your return.
Returns will be processed within 10 working days of arrival. At the time of processing you will receive an email with a credit note and at the same time the money will be returned to our payment system. The money will be refunded or adjusted within 2 days of receipt of the credit note to the payment method you used.
If it appears that your return shipment arrived with us more than 10 working days ago, we ask you to contact us immediately. contact our customer service. This can be done by email to customerservice@mostwantednl.nl. We would like to receive the return shipment receipt and your order number in the email.
From the moment you receive your parcel, you have 14 days to return your online order.
If sale items meet our return conditions, you can return them. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used.
Do you live near Rotterdam and feel like visiting the boutique? You can also return or exchange your online purchases in the boutique. This saves you shipping costs and, of course, it's more enjoyable! The return procedure is slightly different in this case, which means you do not need to register your return via the return portal. If you bring the order confirmation (or a copy of it) to the store, we can process it for you there. You will then have the amount refunded to your account within 7 working days.
The packing slip will no longer be included in your package and is therefore not necessary in the return shipment. You can register the return via our portal on the returns page. Do you choose to buy a label yourself at a service point? Then we recommend printing the packing slip or copying it onto an A4 sheet of paper and putting it in the package.

We would like to ask you to print the packing slip in this case or copy it onto an A4 sheet of paper and put it in the package. This way we can easily find out who the return shipment came from.
You will receive your purchase amount back in the same way as payment. Returns will be processed within 10 working days of arrival. You will then receive an email with a credit note and at the same time the money will be returned to our payment system. Unfortunately, it is administratively impossible for us to inform everyone when we have received their return shipment, but you can also check this yourself via the track & trace code you received.

When you send a return with a request for an exchange, this will be based on the stock available at that time. Unfortunately, it may happen that the item becomes sold out during processing. As a result, the exchange cannot be completed and we must issue a refund. If this happens, you will receive a credit note by email.
