WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DESIGNER?
You create collections that are aesthetically strong, connect with our target audience, and contribute to the success of Most Wanted in a rapidly changing fashion world. Fashion is your passion, you are aware of the latest trends, colors, fits, fabric qualities, prints, etc., from catwalk to street styles. In addition, you are a creative all-rounder and a star at making graphics and all over prints on t-shirts and sweats.
You work on both fashion design and graphic design, where your talent for developing artworks, prints, and logos for t-shirts and sweats comes fully into its own. You know better than anyone what is alive in the target group and translate that into strong visuals and items that sell out in no time.
HOW DO YOU DO THAT?
By translating trend analyses into inspiring concepts. Developing mood boards, color palettes, and silhouettes. You work closely with purchasing, production, and marketing. You create technical drawings and work out specifications for samples. You proactively process feedback from fittings and customer data. And you make all graphics and all over prints for our t-shirts and sweats.
WHEN IS YOUR INPUT SUCCESSFUL?
When your designs lead to well-selling articles and when the design process runs efficiently from concept to production.

Adobe CC (Illustrator & Photoshop)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
A passionate and fashion-conscious designer who knows how to find a balance between creativity and commercial insight. You follow the trends but also dare to put your own stamp on a collection.
SKILLS:
- Adobe CC (Illustrator and Photoshop).
- You work independently, show initiative, and think out of the box.
- You follow the latest trends and developments in fashion, retail, and lifestyle. You work accurately and organized.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Designer in a commercial environment.
- A completed education in fashion design.
- Proven experience in making artworks and all over prints (must)
- Experience working in a fast-moving (retail) environment is a plus.
