Order online
You do not need an account to place an order. It is easier when you want to place an order to create a Most Wanted account.
Your details will be remembered and entered immediately for your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of your order history. We can also keep you informed of the latest trends and great promotions.
Our items generally always fit true to size. If an item turns out differently, we will indicate this. Are there no dimensions for the item? You can then request this via customerservice@mostwantednl.nl.

How annoying that you did not receive a confirmation email! Unfortunately, emails containing order confirmations and credit memos sometimes end up in your junk mail/spam box. Have you already looked there?
If the payment has been successful, you can assume that the order has gone through successfully and you will receive it the next working day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If this is not the case, you can always contact customerservice@mostwantednl.nl. Then we will check it for you!
Once you have placed the order with us, it will be entered into the system within 30 to 60 minutes. After this, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or change the order. This means that you cannot have address details, color and/or size changed.
We have a warranty period of 2 months after purchase. If an item is defective within this period, please contact us immediately via customerservice@mostwantednl.nl. Do not forget to include your order number in your email, include a photo of the complaint and provide a description of the complaint. We will ensure that you receive a response with an appropriate solution within 1 working day.
How annoying that the desired item is currently out of stock. We do our best to restock sold out items as quickly as possible. We recommend that you sign up for the 'restock alert' next to the item in question. When the item has been replenished, you will automatically receive an email from us!

Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve items with us. As much as we want to help all our customers as best as possible and make them happy, this is a request that we cannot meet. So always be there as soon as possible, so you never miss your Most Wanted item! We will help you with this with the 'restock alert' option that you can find with each item. If you leave your email address here, you will receive an automatic email from us when your favorite has been replenished!
What a shame that your order is on backorder. This may be due to various reasons. An item may be missing due to a pre-order or a stock error on the website. As soon as the entire order is in stock, it will be sent to you in its entirety. For a current status, it is best to contact customerservice@mostwantednl.nl.
Due to global price increases on raw materials and transport, we are unfortunately forced to increase the prices of some items. It may therefore happen that existing items come back into stock at a different price.
Payment
We like to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. You can pay at Most Wanted with different payment methods:

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a payment fails. How can you be sure whether this went through correctly, for example after you have received an error message? We recommend that you look at your own bank statement to see whether the amount has been debited.

Delivery
If you place your order before 11:45 PM Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day. You will often receive your package the next day. If you ordered before 5:00 PM on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your order the same day. You can usually expect your order to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. However, this only applies to orders within the Netherlands. When you order from abroad, delivery times are logically slightly longer. Are you from the Rotterdam area? Then you can of course also shop your favorite MW items in our boutique.
Orders from €50 or higher are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium! Delivery costs will be charged for orders with a lower value. The standard shipping costs are €4.95 for orders in the Netherlands. In other EU countries, shipping costs depend on your location.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace code. You can keep a close eye on the status of your package via that link.
You can choose a service point when completing the order. This can be done under the heading 'shipping methods', you can then choose the pick-up option. You can then choose the service point of your choice and your order will be delivered there as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order has been received by the service point. Your order will remain at the service point for 7 days and will then be automatically returned to sender.
Nothing is more annoying than having to wait a long time for your order. It can sometimes happen that your package is delayed or lost in the post. Do not panic! We recommend that you send an email to customerservice@mostwantednl.nl. We will then start a postal investigation for you to find out the status of your order. A postal investigation can take up to 7 working days.
Sometimes we see that packages are returned unopened to the sender by the postal service.
This may be because the package was damaged during delivery or because the delivery person could not find the delivery address. When we receive an unopened package back, we will always contact the customer to ask if they would like to have it sent again. There will be no additional shipping costs.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that you have received items with color differences. With each new production, it is possible that the color deviates slightly from the previous production. The new color is always in the same tone as the previous deliveries. It can therefore not be seen as a production error and does not count as a justified complaint.
Return
Is the item too big or too small? You can then have a different size sent to you, provided it is in stock. You can register the return via our returns portal and send it within our return period of 14 days. When the correct size is in stock, you can indicate that you would like to exchange it. As soon as we have received the return, we will create the exchange for you within 7 working days.
Is the item not quite what you expected? Sorry to hear that! You can return your order within 14 days after receipt. You can easily register the return via our returns portal on the website. You don't need an account for this! You need the order number and email address you used to order, a packing slip is not necessary. You can indicate the reason for return in the returns portal by selecting the correct return reason. The return costs are for your own account. You can buy a return label from DHL from €6.50 or from PostNL from €6.90. The return costs outside the Netherlands are slightly higher!
It is possible to return a maximum of two orders in one package. It is important that the two correct return packing slips are added to this package. You can find the packing slips in the order confirmation email. As soon as we receive the returns, you will receive a return confirmation per order.
You can easily check the status of your own return shipment via the delivery service's website. You can find the shipment number on the shipping receipt of your return shipment. This allows you to check the status of your return.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of arrival. At the time of processing you will receive an email with a credit note and at the same time the money will be returned to our payment system. The money will be refunded or adjusted within 2 days of receipt of the credit note to the payment method you used.
If it appears that your return shipment arrived with us more than 7 working days ago, we ask you to contact us immediately. contact our customer service. Our regular return period is 14 days after receipt of the order.
If sale items meet our return conditions, you can return them. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used.
Do you live near Rotterdam and would you like to visit the boutique? You can also return or exchange your online purchases in the boutique. That saves you shipping costs and of course it's more fun! The returns procedure is slightly different in this case, which means that you do not have to register your return via the returns portal. If you take the order confirmation (or a copy of it) to the store, we can process it for you there. You will then receive the amount refunded to your account within 7 working days.
The packing slip will no longer be included in your package and is therefore not necessary in the return shipment. You can register the return via our portal on the returns page. Do you choose to buy a label yourself at a service point? Then we recommend printing the packing slip or copying it onto an A4 sheet of paper and putting it in the package.

When you send a return with a request for an exchange, this will be based on the stock available at that time. Unfortunately, it may happen that the item becomes sold out during processing. As a result, the exchange cannot be completed and we must issue a refund. If this happens, you will receive a credit note by email.
