IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Bring your confirmation email + proof of identity - This is your access ticket and is personal to you.
A time slot lasts 90 minutes - Please make sure you arrive on time so that you have enough time to look around. We ask everyone to go to the checkouts half an hour before the end of a time slot.
No returns or exchanges possible - Sample sale purchases are final and therefore cannot be returned. Sample sale items do not come with a warranty.
Stocks are replenished every time - No matter when you visit, there will always be enough samples available
Do not wear Most Wanted - Unfortunately, Most Wanted may not be worn on the day itself, to avoid any possible confusion.
Large bags are not allowed inside - We have plenty of bags at the checkouts to pack your purchases in.

Yes, but each time slot requires a separate ticket. Please also note that you may only enter during the time slot you selected.
No, when you make a purchase at the sample sale, it is a final sale. Returns afterward are therefore not possible.
Yes, there is ample parking. You can park at the Van Nelle Factory at your own expense.
No, it is not possible to change or cancel your ticket afterwards.
Prices vary by category.
Yes, the clothing will be continuously restocked throughout the day. So it doesn't matter whether you come by on Friday or Saturday. There will be plenty of stock available for you on both days.
Size XS through XXL will be available at the sample sale.
No, it is not possible to try anything on during the sample sale.
No, personal bags are not allowed inside. We have enough bags at the checkout for you to take all your items home.
