As a brand, we love nothing more than seeing you shine in your brand new Most Wanted Outfit. We think it's amazing to see so many messages every day from your fantastic outfits! We are so proud of this that we would also like to share it ourselves. When you post a photo with #yesmostwantednl in the accompanying text, we would like to get your permission to publish your content. With this permission, you declare the following:
• You are the sole owner / rights holder of the content where you have placed #yesmostwantednl;
• You grant us, Most Wanted, a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce the content through our services or third-party services for commercial purposes. There are no restrictions or limitations attached to this;
• Most Wanted or third parties commissioned by Most Wanted may use your content to create derivative works. You have no right to inspect or approve the derivative work, the advertising text linked to it, or the purpose for which it is used.
• You waive claims to royalties regarding your content or derivative works thereof.
Most Wanted will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the creator and include a link to your content or account, but is not obligated to do so. This is also not a condition for using your content.
If you do not agree with these terms and do not post your photo, we fully understand. No further action is required and we will not use your content.

Withdrawal of consent
Do you want to withdraw your consent for using your content? Then send an email to customerservice@most-wanted.com.
When your photo has been used on our website, we ensure it is removed within 14 days. If your photo has been used on social media or in the newsletter, we cannot remove it retroactively. In that case, we will not use the photo again in future publications.
