IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Bring your confirmation email + ID - This is your admission ticket and is personal to you.
- No returns or exchanges – Sample sale purchases are final and therefore cannot be returned. Sample sale items are not covered by a warranty.
- A time slot lasts 90 minutes - Make sure you arrive on time so you have enough time to look around.
- Personal bags are not allowed inside - We have enough bags at the checkout to pack your purchased items.
- Do not wear Most Wanted - On the day itself, unfortunately no Most Wanted may be worn, to avoid any confusion.

- Can I book multiple time slots?
Yes, but each time slot requires a separate ticket. - Can I return my items?
No, it is not possible to return purchased items. - Is there parking available?
Yes, there is ample parking. You can park at the Van Nelle Factory at your own expense. - Can I exchange or cancel my purchased ticket?
No, it is not possible to change or cancel your ticket afterwards. - What are the prices for the Sample Sale?
Prices vary by category. - Will the clothing be restocked during the day?
Yes, the clothing will be continuously restocked throughout the day. It does not matter if you come on Friday or Saturday. There will be enough stock available on all days. - What sizes are available?
The sample items will be available in sizes XS-S, and there will also be enough items in all sizes (XS-XXL). - Are fitting rooms available?
No, there is no possibility to try on clothes during the sample sale. - Can I bring my own bag?
No, no personal bags are allowed inside. At the checkout, we have enough bags to take all items home.
