Most Wanted is looking for an all-round creator who can do it all: filming, editing, directing AND sensing humor. No documentary style, no heavy voice-overs, no slow zoom on a coffee mug. You make reality that lives: fast, funny, real, stylish and full of personality. You let moments arise and capture them as if you were already three steps ahead.

You are someone who:

• Has experience with a young, fast-growing brand (fashion/lifestyle/e-com is a plus)
• Creates reality content that is spontaneous, light, humorous and yet professional
• Understands that this is NOT a documentary but entertainment: pace, hooks, jokes, chaos
• Can independently film, edit and direct (Camjo, mobile & camera)
• Makes people feel at ease and guides without it feeling staged
• Quickly switches, thinks along and takes initiative
• Feels what works on TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Thinks creatively in series, running jokes, recurring formats and mini storylines
• Loves an environment where something can happen every minute

What you will do:

• Directing, shooting and editing reality-like formats with humor and pace
• Creating scenes: you ask the right questions, feel the vibe and let spontaneously funny moments arise
• Filming content daily for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Following Most Wanted in the moment: office chaos, production, last-minute shoots, events, drops, trips, you are always there
• Building fast storylines with hooks, cliffhangers and occasionally a wink
• Directing, filming and editing at speed (no three months of editing like it's a nature documentary)
• Developing creative, humorous formats that return and further build the MW universe
• Filming travel and campaign content with flair and entertainment
• Always capturing the right vibe: raw, real, stylish and a bit funny
