In your role as Email Marketer, you are responsible for analyzing consumer journeys and setting up email marketing campaigns within MW.
As an Email Marketer at Most Wanted, you will work on optimizing our email marketing strategy. You are analytically strong and know how to convert CRM data into input for new marketing campaigns and email automations. You will work closely with our marketing team to convert data from all our channels into information that allows you to continuously improve the email strategy. The ultimate goal is to optimize conversion and provide our customers with a better (online) experience. Through experiments, A/B testing, and data analysis, you will try to achieve this goal together with the marketing team.
What does your role at Most Wanted look like?
- You immerse yourself in the customer journey of our target audience and set up creative and effective email campaigns based on that.
- You are analytically strong and know exactly how to translate data into a compelling email strategy.
- You have experience with A/B experiments and are data-driven.
- You have a clear vision of how best to reach our customers online and generate traffic to our webshop, app, and store, and you are not afraid to share this with the rest of the team.
- You keep yourself informed about new developments in email marketing and know how to translate this into innovative campaigns.
- You are a team player and can collaborate well to improve MW’s marketing as a whole.
As an Email Marketer at Most Wanted, you have:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an email marketing role (experience with e-commerce marketing is a plus);
- At least a Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Strong analytical skills, a lot of creativity, and an innovative and commercial vision;
- Proven experience with data analysis and CRM systems;
- Experience with email marketing tools (experience with Klaviyo is a plus);
- A fluent writing style and strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Good communication skills that allow you to work excellently in a young team and switch quickly;
- A preference for facts based on hard data;
- A healthy curiosity for new technologies and marketing trends and proactivity to understand and apply them;
