What will you do as a Junior Product Developer at MOST WANTED?
Fashion, product development, and structure: that’s what energizes you. As a Junior Product Developer, you support the Product Development team in developing the collection from the first sample to the final product. You are a true helping hand within the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You work on various product groups, so no day is the same. From checking and measuring samples to administrative support, supplier contact, and assistance within the buying process: you are involved in the entire development and purchasing process and actively contribute to the success of our collections.
Your mission: You support the Product Development team in monitoring quality, fit, planning, and commercial opportunities, so collections are successfully developed, purchased, and produced.
HOW DO YOU DO THAT?
- You assist the Product Developers with daily tasks related to collection development.
- You check, measure, and evaluate incoming samples.
- You process feedback after fitting sessions and keep track of changes clearly.
- You support the creation and adjustment of tech packs and product specifications.
- You manage and follow up administratively on samples, fabrics, trimmings, mock-ups, and lab dips.
- You assist in communication with suppliers about samples, delivery times, quality, and price agreements.
- You contribute ideas about commercial opportunities by monitoring sales figures, stock, and product performance.
- You process data, keep systems up-to-date, and ensure order and structure within the team.
- You are responsible for contact with our warehouse regarding stock, deliveries, and related administrative processes.
- You help keep our workplace clear and organized so the team can work efficiently.

EXPERIENCE
- Completed HBO degree in Fashion/Product Development or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Affinity with tech packs, samples, product development, and buying
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
