For returning the order, the costs are at your own expense. You can purchase a standard return label from us from €6.75. These costs are based within the Netherlands, for foreign countries the costs may be higher. If you return more than 4 items, you pay €0.99 extra per item.

You can indicate per item in our returns portal whether you want to exchange it for a different size. It is only possible to exchange an item for a different size if it is in stock. Once your return has arrived with us, the exchange will be processed within 10 working days. When your exchange has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code.

It is possible to return multiple orders in 1 package. You can register 1 return shipment in the returns portal. For the other order you can add a note in the package with the order number of this order.

Do you live or travel near Rotterdam and would you like to visit our boutique? You can also return or exchange your online purchases in our boutique.
When you hand in your return at the boutique, you will receive the amount refunded to your account within 10 working days.

In-store purchases can be returned to our boutique in Rotterdam within 14 days. When you return a shop purchase, you will receive a refund to the account you paid with. Of course, you can also exchange your purchase directly for another item.

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return. Of course you can pick up the item again in our boutique in Rotterdam or we will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.

• Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

• The order must be returned in the original packaging.
• The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
• Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be returned.
• Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be accepted for refund.
