Are you looking for a job where you are responsible for HR policy, recruiting and selecting new colleagues, and serving as the point of contact for the team on HR matters?

You play a central role in the organization of Most Wanted. You are responsible for maintaining the existing HR policy and improving it where necessary. You are continuously in contact with current team members, help find new colleagues, and conduct the (initial) job interviews. You value the team aspect highly and are able to identify shortcomings and help resolve/improve them.

The MW team is the most important asset within the company. Without the drive, creativity, and team spirit of the team, Most Wanted would not be able to continue developing. Therefore, we are constantly working to improve and expand our team, both in our store and at the office.

You are the person who takes the lead in this and is able to help the organization reach the next level based on your knowledge and experience!

You:

  • Ensure the existing HR policy within Most Wanted is maintained. This includes, among other things: the Employee Handbook, our Code of Conduct, and documents such as the contract template.
  • Lead processes such as absenteeism & leave, vacancies, recruitment and selection, performance reviews, and salary administration.
  • Help ensure that Most Wanted complies with the collective labor agreement (CAO) and other specific laws and regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the entire team regarding these processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for all colleagues.
  • Relieve management in other operational processes, for example by ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Think outside the box and are a versatile professional who, with a keen eye for detail, ensures that all departments thrive within MW.
  • Are proactive, entrepreneurial, have a clear vision, and know how to share and translate it on the work floor.

QUALIFICATIONS
As an HR Manager at Most Wanted, you are:

Highly driven to work with people and help ensure they feel good and can excel in their roles. You are positive, solution-oriented, and always willing to roll up your sleeves and take initiative.

IN ADDITION, YOU HAVE:

  • The ambition to play a central role in taking MW to the next level;
  • A strong sense of empathy and the ability to switch between different departments;
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills, both with your colleagues and external parties;
