RETURN CONDITIONS

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we are not able to accept it. Of course, you can pick up the unaccepted item for free in our boutique in Rotterdam. If you are not able to come to our boutique, then we will again charge shipping costs to send the unaccepted item back to you.

• Sale items must be returned within 14 days. 
• The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
• The order must be returned in its original packaging. 
• The item may not be worn, washed or damaged. The label must be attached to the item. 
• Be careful with makeup: an item with makeup marks will not be accepted.
• Orders that not meet the 14-days return period will not be taken back.
• No washing guarantee is given. Problems that arise after washing are your own responsibility.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be changed or returned.
• The book "Work hard, Play hard" cannot be returned.
    

SHOP PURCHASES

Shop purchases can be returned within 8 days in our boutique in Rotterdam . When you return a shop purchase in the boutique, you will receive a shop credit that is valid for 3 months. Of course, you can also change your purchase for another item.
