WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Customer Care employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure that every customer question, from product information to returns, is answered quickly and with a personal touch. You will work in an energetic and friendly team where no challenge is too big!

YOUR TASKS:
- Answering customer questions via chat, email, and social media (yes, we are very active on Instagram and TikTok!).
- Advising customers about the latest trends, products, and orders.
- Ensuring return and exchange processes run smoothly so that the customer is always satisfied.
- Raising the customer experience to a higher level by thinking proactively and coming up with creative solutions.
- Properly handling and processing product issues with items.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to provide the best service.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have a customer-focused attitude: You always think from the customer's perspective and look for the best solutions.
  • You have excellent communication skills: You know exactly what to say, both in writing and speaking.
  • You are a multitasker: You enjoy a dynamic work environment and can easily switch between different tasks.
  • You have experience in customer service (preferred): Whether you have experience or not, we are looking for people who always put the customer first.
