The MW Club is our loyalty program and your ticket to extra perks at Most Wanted. Become a member, earn points with every purchase, redeem them for discounts, and enjoy exclusive rewards.
Your loyalty level determines which benefits you receive. The higher your level, the more benefits you get.

Become a free member in a few clicks by logging into our website. Then you can start earning points immediately.
Good news: are you already a customer? Then you are automatically an MW Club member. Log in, check your loyalty dashboard, and discover what you can earn. You can also score extra points by completing actions!
No, unfortunately not. Just signing up for the newsletter is not enough to earn points. Log in to our website and become a member to start collecting points immediately.
No, it is not possible to earn points for orders placed before the start of the MW Club. The program started on 03-06 at 09:00, and only orders from that moment onward are eligible for points.
Loyalty levels
Yes, the program has multiple levels based on your annual spending. The higher your level, the greater the rewards.
- Silver level: total spending between €0 and €299
- Gold level: total spending between €300 and €749
- VIP level: total spending of €750 or more
Log in to our website and check your loyalty dashboard. There you will find your current level and all the benefits that come with it.
All members of the MW Club automatically start at the Silver level. When your total spending value of your placed orders exceeds the threshold of the next level, you will receive an email welcoming you to the new level. This email also explains all the benefits of the new level.
When you have spent more than €300 in total at Most Wanted, you move up to the Gold level. When you have spent more than €750 in total at Most Wanted, you move up to the VIP level.
Your loyalty level depends on how much you spend. Once you reach a new level, a 12-month period automatically starts. During that time, your spending is tracked to determine if you maintain your level status.
Example: Have you reached the VIP level? Then you have 12 months to spend at least €750 to remain VIP.
- Spend less than €750? Then after 12 months, you will automatically be downgraded to the level that matches your spending (Gold or Silver).
- Spend €750 or more, and you will remain VIP for another year.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address before you shop, so that all your points are credited correctly.
Earn points
As a member of the MW Club, you earn 1 point for every €1 you spend in our (web)shop. In addition, you can also earn points in other ways:
- Your first member purchase (50 points): Receive points after your first purchase as a member.
- Newsletter (10 points): Sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know about offers and new collections.
- Reviews (15 points): Share your opinion about the item you purchased. The points apply to the product highlighted in the invitation email.
For every €1 you spend, you receive 1 point.
Redeem your points for a discount!
- 100 points = €5 discount on a minimum €30 order
- 200 points = €10 discount on a minimum €35 order
- 300 points = €15 discount on a minimum €50 order
- 400 points = €20 discount on a minimum €70 order
First activate your reward in your loyalty dashboard and use the code at checkout. Works online and in-store.
Log in to your account and go to your loyalty dashboard. There you will see your points balance and the available rewards.
Points are added as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Did you order pre-order items? Then you will only receive your points once your entire order has been shipped. Therefore, it may take a while before the points are visible in your loyalty dashboard.
Yes! Provide your account details at checkout (email or phone number) to our colleague in our boutique and your points will be added. No account? No worries, we will create one immediately so you can start earning right away.
Redeem points
Use your points as a discount at checkout. First activate the reward in your loyalty dashboard and use the code at checkout. Works online AND in-store.
Want to use the code later? No problem, you can find all your activated rewards in the "reward history".
You can shop and pay with us in different currencies, but all points are linked to the euro. Therefore, at checkout, you will see the points value in euros. No worries: as soon as you select a reward, the amount is automatically converted to your currency and settled with your order.
Yes, that is possible! You can combine your points with other discounts or promotions.
Other questions
Yes, points expire 12 months after being credited.
Are you returning something? Then the corresponding points will automatically be deducted from your balance. Once we have completed the return, you will see the adjusted points balance reflected in your dashboard.
What a pity that you no longer want to be a member of our MW Club. Just send a message to our customer service and we will arrange it!
Yes, girl! Log in, start again at Silver level and save points again. Note: you cannot add points you earned earlier to your new account.
Don't see the payment method in the Check Out? This may be due to the following reasons:
- You are ordering items from the ‘Pre-Order’ collection
- There is an ongoing discount promotion
